Thirty-third generation holder of the Dzogchen lineage, Great Perfection of Wisdom lineage holder, lama of Dzogchen Monastery, and a Professor of the Dzogchen Shri Singha University - Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche has worn many hats. His training in Buddhism began when he was five at the Dzogchen Monastery. Recognized as the reincarnation of the Tibetan master Gedun Chopel, he received transmissions and teachings of the Sutras, Tantras, and Shastras from a multitude of Buddhist masters. His powerful intention took him to numerous mountain caves where he meditated under challenging conditions, reciting millions of mantras and experiencing direct blessings from Buddha Shakyamuni, Padmasambhava, Shri Singha, Bodhisattva Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, and Tara.

At the Dzogchen Shri Singha University, he studied, taught, and authored over thirty books on the five major sciences of Creational skills, medicine, linguistics, philosophy, and dharma mind, as well as minor sciences. He has imparted his deep knowledge of Dharma, and ensured practice training to thousands of students, across the globe.
